Reference Number 0000270467 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/05/31 12:00:00 AM CDT The work involves the mowing of grade slopes and ditches along various Provincial Trunk Highways and Provincial Roads in the Lorette, Steinbach, St. Pierre, Piney, Hadashville and Whitemouth areas. Completion Model The Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. Liquidated Damages Completion All Work Necessary for the Completion of Phase 1 Mowing Shall Be Completed Free of Daily Liquidated Damages on or Before July 12, 2024. All Work Necessary for the Completion of Phase 2 Mowing Shall Be Completed Free of Daily Liquidated Damages on or Before October 18, 2024. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. The Maximum Liquidation Damage Charge at Any Given Time Shall Be Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. Seasonal Shutdown Date.
