Reference Number 0000275422 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/08/16 04:30:00 PM CDT Pricing Lump sum It is the intent of this contract that the Contractor shall provide the services for the collection of waste materials, on a weekly basis, from all private properties, streets and lanes for all residences within the LUD of Lorette and the LUD of Landmark, as per specifications outlined in this document. The Contractor is to provide services with a garbage truck that has the capabilities to facilitate the use of automated bins. Upon the execution an Agreement to the Contractor shall provide a Performance Bond in favour of the Municipality in an amount equal to 50% of the annual cost of the work to be performed, based on the quantities set out in Schedule A from an insurance company and on terms acceptable to the Municipality.
