Renovation of a stadium in Sturgis, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The Union County Fiscal Court will receive lump sum sealed bids for the furnishing of all materials, tools, equipment, labor and supervision required for the completion of reroofing and renovations to the Dr. John A. Arnold Arena. Any questions should be directed to the Office of the Architect, RBS Design Group, 723 Harvard Drive, Owensboro, Kentucky 42301 (270-683-1158). A 5% Bid Security and 100% Performance and Payment Bond are required for this project. The scoring of proposals is subject to reciprocal preference for Kentucky resident bidders and preferences for a Qualified Bidder. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and/or waive any informalities in bids received where such acceptance, rejection, or waiver is considered to be in the best interest of the Owner. The Work consists of reroofing - provide ridged insulation and thermoplastic membrane as required to install a retrofit thermoplastic roof system. The Work includes, but is not limited to miscellaneous carpentry, thermoplastic membrane roofing, thermoplastic roofing preparations, sheet metal flashing and trim, manufactured roof specialties, joint sealants and clean-up and removal of construction debris.
