Lassen Municipal Utility District is seeking a lump sum bid from qualified bidders for a comprehensive civil works package for the grading and fencing construction of TWO (2) new electrical substation sites (Shaffer Substation and Skedaddle Substation) located at 736-415 Wendel Rd. in Wendel, California. The TWO (2) sites are adjacent to one another, approximately 150' apart on LMUD owned property. This project entails a range of grading and fencing tasks necessary to prepare the site for future foundations and structures. All bids must include prevailing wage labor rates. All bids received must be from a licensed contractor that is licensed in the state of California and licensed in the state of Nevada.
