The two representative projects shall be documented and submitted, with available references, as part of the Contractor's bid forms (See CONTRACTOR INFORMATION AND EXPERIENCE FORM, Item. C - List of Completed Projects - Last Five Years, provided herein). Failure to submit the representative projects at the time of bidding that meets all of these minimum requirements will result in a non-responsive bid by the Contractor. A non-responsive bid will be rejected and not considered for contract award.
