Bid date notes: Bids will be received for one or all work items as listed in the bid form. A. Submission of a Bid signifies Bidder's willingness to enter into a Contract for the price offered. B. Bidders offering a Bid shall be capable of completing the Work covered by those sections within the time period stated in the Agreement. C. Bids submitted on forms obtained anywhere besides the office of ROWE Professional Services Company will not be accepted. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. This project is being funded in part with proceeds from a Michigan Department of Natural Resources SPARK Grant Program (ARPA 1150) and is therefore required to follow all related federal, state, and local orders, policies, executive directives, public acts, and ordinances as deemed necessary including Buy America and Davis Bacon Wage Requirements. The Contractor must comply with all applicable and related requirements including but not limited to, the 1976 PA 453 (Elliot-Larsen Civil Rights Act); the 1976 PA 220 (persons with Disabilities Civil Rights Act), as amended; and in accordance with: Governor's Executive Directive 2019-09 and the Playground Safety Act, P.A. 16 of 1997. The above-referenced project is a federally funded activity authorized under the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974. All successful bidders must comply with the federal labor standards, including the Davis-Bacon Act and the Copeland Anti-Kickback legislation; federal equal opportunity requirements; and Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968. This project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements under Title IX of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), Pub. L. 117-58, 70901-70953 Absent an approved waiver, all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used in this project must be produced in the United States. Davison Township, hereinafter called the Owner, reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive any formality or technicality in any Proposal in the interest of the Owner. The Project consists of the delivery of various park equipment items for installation by a site Contractor as part of a separate contract.
