Renovation of a water / sewer project in Port Orchard, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Project Description : The Bay Street Lift Station needs to be reconstructed to increase capacity and upgrade to the current standards. The existing construction is undesirable, and a new location and special requirements are to be evaluated. In preparation for future phases, the consultant will complete a preliminary engineering report and begin design of the selected improvement to 90% design. The City of Port Orchard reserves the right to retain the services of the successful firm for any subsequent phases associated with this project. Scope of Work The Work to be performed by the CONSULTANT consists of providing to the City, services including; 1) Alternatives development, situation study, and technical requirements memorandum. 2) Civil design. 3) Environmental and historic/archeological permitting including SEPA, and local critical areas permits. 4) Construction administration and inspection.
