Lawncare-TEMA East Regional Office. Question Deadline 08/06/2024 at 4:30 PM ET Questions. Respondents may submit written questions about this ITB to the Solicitation Coordinator. All questions must be submitted no later. Location: TEMA East Regional Office, 803 North Concord Street, Knoxville, TN 37919. Site Visit Notification. A site visit will be held at the date, time and location specified below: The response must be received by the State on or before the date and hour designated for the response opening. Responses that are submitted untimely SCOPE OF SPECIFICATIONS Lawn care / grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming, cleaning of sidewalks / parking areas with leaf blower will be performed an estimated 14 cycles for approximately three acres and weed-eating an estimated 14 cycles per year for 1,519 linear feet per cycle for five years. The lack of and / or omission of detailed specifications does not minimize the acceptable level of service and only the best commercial practices are acceptable. A normal mowing and weeding cycle will be 14 days (approx.), unless changed by the facility administrator. A 48-hour notice, written and / or verbal, will be issued by the facility administrator before a cutting cycle is changed. The State may reject any or all responses in its sole discretion. Additionally, the State may reject a response that: (a) qualifies the offer to provide goods or services as required by this ITB; (b) proposes alternative goods or services unless expressly requested by this ITB; (c) involves collusion, consultation, communication, or agreement among respondents; (d) includes information the respondent knew or should have known was materially incorrect; or (e) does not comply with the terms, conditions, specifications, or performance requirements of this ITB.
