Renovation of a military facility in San Diego, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION The project consists primarily of the following: -See Part 6 for additional information. -New roof structure, platforms, roofing patches, etc. as needed for new mechanical equipment on the roof of OT-27. -New partitions as needed for reconfigured spaces. -New finishes as noted. -New roof insulation at OT-27. -New roofing patches, curbs, etc. as needed for new mechanical equipment on the roof of OT-27. -New interior partitions. -New floor wall and ceiling finishes. -New rooftop direct expansion heat pump to serve OT-27 space. -New ductwork in OT-4 South relocation space. -Four (4) new Variable Air Volume (VAV) boxes to serve OT-4 South relocation space. -Fire protections as noted in section D40. -Electrical work as noted in section D50. -Coordination with FF&E items under separate contract. -Selective demolition as needed to accommodate new work. DESCRIPTION OF WORK The project will allow consolidation of administrative spaces from OT-3 into OT-4 and OT-27 in support of NAVWAR’s revitalization efforts at Old Town Complex, San Diego, California. The subject action proposes electrical work, fire protections, new roof structure of OT-27, new partitions as needed for reconfigured spaces, new insulation at OT-27, new floor wall and ceiling finishes, new ductwork in OT-4 South relocation space, new Variable Air Volume (VAV) boxes to serve OT-4 South relocation space. Addendum #1-#3 have been issued as of 8-15-2024.
