Description

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Joplin, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a 4,178-square-foot educational facility.

A new facility at MSSU's Warren Turner baseball field. Facility shall be used as a locker room, to include all supporting & ancillary spaces. MBE/WBE Participation: Executive Order 05-30 provides that the University will make every feasible effort to target the following percentage of goods and services procured from MBEs and WBEs: 10% and 5%, respectively **Project Delivery shall be provided as 'Design/Build'. Refer 007300 "Supplementary Conditions" for additional requirements. TAX EXEMPT PREVAILING WAGE - JASPER COUNTY ORDER 31 Requests for Information & Substitution Requests shall be received prior to Thursday, August 8th, 2024.
