Site work and paving for a road / highway in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of September 20, 2024, project is canceled. As of this time, it is unknown if project will be rebid or not. This project requires MassDOT prequalification of the contractors, class of work is Pavement-Surfacing. A bid deposit of at least five percent (5%) of the total project is required. A Labor and Materials Payment Bond in the sum of 50% of the Contract Price will be required of the successful Bidder. Project is subject to compliance with prevailing wage requirements. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional bids. Please email procurement@fitchburgma.gov if you are MassDOT prequalified in Pavement Surfacing in order to receive bid documents.
