The Scope of Work Includes the Demolition, Removal and Disposal of Existing Fencing, as Well as the Installation of Approximately 2,160 Linear Feet of 6-foot High Black Security Fencing and Two (2) Chain Link Swing Gates Along Sections of Bridge Street and Plymouth Steet in East Bridgewater, Ma. The required contract completion date is May 1, 2025. Bid Security in the Form of a Bid Bond, Cash, Certified Check, Treasurer's or Cashier's Check Payable to the Owner, is Required in the Amount of Five Percent of the Bid, in Accordance With Section 00200, Instructions to Bidders. The Selected Contractor Shall Furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond in Amount at Least Equal to One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Contract Price as Stipulated in Section 00700 General Conditions of These Specifications. A Prebid Site Meeting Will Be Held on Tuesday, January 14, 2025 at 11 Am at 877 Bridge Street, East Bridgewater, Ma 02333. Bidders Will Have an Opportunity to View the Site of the Work as Part of the Prebid Conference. All Bidders Are Encouraged to Attend.
