Renovation of a multi-residential development in Gardner, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Replace Second Boiler. The Work of the Contract consists of: 1. Removal of one existing HTP Mod-Con 850,000 BTU/hr boiler. 2. Selective demolition of portions of the existing hot water, gas, condensate drain, flue, and combustion air piping systems per plans. 3. Furnish and install a new HTP Elite-XL series 1,000,000 BTU/hr boiler. 4. Connect new boiler to existing hot water, gas, condensate drain, flue, and combustion air piping systems per plans. 5. Furnish and install a new boiler condensate neutralizing cartridge. Connect outlet into existing boiler room floor drain. 6. Interlock new boiler with existing HTP Elite-XL series boiler. Commissioning and programming by HTP factory representative. 7. Connect power to new boiler at existing boiler room power panel. B. Execution of Work: Work to be performed in a timely and workmanlike fashion. Site shall be cleaned up daily with access needed for overnight.
