The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, need renovations to Building 3 at the Puerto Rico Department of Agriculture (PRDA) complex, near Dorado in north-central Puerto Rico. Building 3 is approximately 8,000 GSF and consists of two wings, one for administration offices and one for the laboratories.
