Reference Number : 0000359099 Contract G-General Sealed bids will be received for the following bid project: Rensselaer County WWTP Aeration System Upgrade and Miscellaneous Improvements Project The work site is located at: Rensselaer County Sewer District Wastewater Treatment Plant, Water Street, Troy, NY 12180. All bidders must comply with the General Municipal Law, Sect. 103. All bids must include the completed Official Bid Form(s), Local Law #2 and Non-Collusive Bidding Certification Form and any other forms listed in the project manual. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid in the form of an original bid bond or bank certified check and is subject to the conditions provided in the General Bidding Information instructions to Bidders. No bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of opening thereof. The successful bidder will be required to furnish to the Consultant Construction Performance and Payment Bonds in the full amount (not less than 100%) of the accepted bid. - Performance Bond 100 % - Surety Bond 5 % General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Insurance Required - Local Service Required - Onsite Maintenance Required - Prevailing Wage Required Award Requirements - All or None Award - Reserve Rights to Award by Line Item
