Braidwood Reed-custer Elementary School Water Main Improvements. No Bid Shall Be Withdrawn After the Opening of the Proposals Without the Consent of the Mayor and City Council for a Period of Ninety (90) Days After the Scheduled Time of Closing Bids. He Shall Also Comply With All Applicable Federal and Local Regulations. The Contractor Shall Have Sufficient Experience, as Determined by the Owner and His Representatives, in the Field of Municipal Well Construction to Warrant Release of the Bid Documents. If in the Opinion of the Engineer and the City Mayor and City Council, an Applicant Would Not Be Able to Serve the Best Interest of the City, a Proposal Will Not Be Issued to the Applicant.
