Review and recommend solids treatment options available to provide additional capacity to the JAMES Plant. The City of Abbotsford is requesting proposals from a professional, qualified, and experienced company for the JAMES WWTP Solids Treatment Options Study. The scope of the study includes: Background review of existing documents and revalidation of previous recommendations. Development of solids treatment options to address digesters' capacity during maintenance to meet the Biosolids Management Plan requirements. Collection and management of O&M input on options. Development of the cost estimate (Class C) and conceptual plans for at least three options Development and comparison of 25-year NPV costs for the options Development of final report and recommendations. Estimated Contract Duration (8 months)
