Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Joliet, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

LOCATION OF THE IMPROVEMENTS: Along W Cass St. between the Desplaines River and Joliet St. and on W Jefferson St. from Desplaines River to Joliet St. 2. DESCRIPTION OF THE IMPROVEMENTS: Existing brick pavers and sidewalk is to be removed. Brick pavers are to be re installed. PCC sidewalk is to be replaced. Concrete border around tree grates is to be removed and replaced. Tree grates are to be removed and reinstalled. Parkway trees will be removed at locations designated by City.
