DESCRIPTION OF THE IMPROVEMENTS: Existing brick pavers and sidewalk is to be removed. Brick pavers are to be re installed. PCC sidewalk is to be replaced. Concrete border around tree grates is to be removed and replaced. Tree grates are to be removed and reinstalled. Parkway trees will be removed at locations designated by City.
