Site work and paving for a civil project in 100 Mile House, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This RFP applies to and governs the preparation of Proposals for the Contract listed above. The Contract is generally for the construction of the Main Village to East Subdivision Multi-Use Pathway project in the approximate quantities as below: 1.500 sq.m of clearing, grubbing, stripping 16.500 sq.m of organics stripping and stockpile on side for reuse 3,300 cu.m of on-site cut to fill 10,650 sq. m of subgrade grading and compaction Supply & place base gravels - 150 mm depth of 19mm minus crushed gravel Supply & install signage Hydroseeding Stormwater Management - culvert extensions & culvert installation In addition to responding to the Base Proposal, the Proponent is invited to propose any innovations and value-added works that the Proponent believes will reduce the overall cost and improve constructability of the Project. The intent is for the Proponent to use their knowledge of construction practices to improve the Project by reducing the overall Project cost, providing added value, or shortening the construction time frame.
