Completed plans call for the demolition of a hospitality development; for the renovation of a 33,462-square-foot, five-story above grade hospitality development; and for site work for a hospitality development.

As of October 23, 2024 this project was awarded to CIC in partnership with Futurity 19 and the awarded amount is not avaialble. The project scope includes replacement of the bituminous membrane with a Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roof membrane and new metal coping, as required. The scope also includes polyisocyanurate board tapered roof insulation. The roof is approximately 8,000 Square Feet. The building cooling equipment, which includes (2) 50-ton chiller units, will remain but may be replaced during a proposed renovation in the future.
