Demolition, site work and renovation of a hospitality development in Oak Park, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a hospitality development; for the renovation of a 33,462-square-foot, five-story above grade hospitality development; and for site work for a hospitality development.

The project scope includes replacement of the bituminous membrane with a Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roof membrane and new metal coping, as required. The scope also includes polyisocyanurate board tapered roof insulation. The roof is approximately 8,000 Square Feet. The building cooling equipment, which includes (2) 50-ton chiller units, will remain but may be replaced during a proposed renovation in the future. Housing Forward Owner's Representative: IFF Architect: LBBA Summary of Work - The project includes all work described in the Bid Documents including but not limited to all required site prep, scaffolding, temporary shoring, demolition, removal and appropriate disposal of waste materials, replacement, or repair of existing materials to remain, cleaning, and conirmation of water-tight enclosure for all areas of work.This work should be coordinated with Owner to minimize impact to Owner's operations.
