The Melrose Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites written quotes from Contractors for the Julian Steele House for the Melrose Housing Authority in Melrose Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Vance Stein, Inc. The Project consists of: Removing and replacing (3) existing exterior and (3) existing interior doors and frames at specified locations on ground level of existing high-rise, elderly housing. Provide one (1) automatic door opener at specified exterior door. Quotes are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A (2)(B) & to state prevailing wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 26 to 27H inclusive.
