The Contractor shall provide the necessary machinery, tools, apparatus, other means of construction, and all materials and labor specified in the Contract Documents or as necessary to complete the City of Sandy Springs Project S2168, Hilderbrand Drive Sidewalk Project, to install approximately 255 LF of sidewalk, concrete curb and gutter, and associated improvements along the north side of Hilderbrand Drive and approximately 344 LF of sidewalk with paver band and concrete curb, and associated improvements along the south side of Hilderbrand Drive. The contractor must perform at least 51% of work and must be Pre-qualified Prime Contractor listed by the Georgia Department of Transportation. The contractor must perform at least 51% of work and must be Pre-qualified Prime Contractor listed by the Georgia Department of Transportation, the certification shall not expire prior to the due date. Unless otherwise directed, all work performed shall be in accordance with the Georgia Department of Transportation Standard Specifications, Construction of Transportation Systems (current edition) - SEE ALSO EXHIBIT L, "SPECIAL PROVISIONS", PROVIDED WITH "REQUESTED FOR BID" DOCUMENTS. All materials used in the process of completion of the work included in the Contract will be furnished from Georgia Department of Transportation certified suppliers only or as directed by the Engineer.
