Spalding Drive Sidewalk Project. The project includes construction of approximately 1275 linear feet of 6' sidewalk, installation of new pedestrian signal infrastructure, inductive loop detector replacement, crosswalk striping, and a new accessible curb ramp. The project is to be funded through the Sandy Springs TSPLOST funding. The Contractor must perform at least 51% of work and must be a pre-qualified Prime Contractor listed by the Georgia Department of Transportation. Contractor performing water utility work must be Gwinnett County Department of Water Resources approved contractor as listed on the current Gwinnett County Department of Water Resources Approved Utility Contractor List For Developer Constructed Facilities. While the City has every intention to make an award as a result of this solicitation, issuance of the ITB in no way constitutes a commitment by the City to award and execute a contract.
