Site work for a mixed-use development in Quincy, Massachusetts. Conceptual plans call for site work for a municipal facility; and playground / park / athletic field.
The work is (approximately 15 parklets) to help design a Heritage Tree planting program and park improvement project to help celebrate the City's 400th anniversary as a settlement. The City of Quincy, acting through the Department of Natural Resources, is soliciting Qualifications from Landscape Architects for design services and construction admin services for various small parklets around the City. The qualifications-based selection of professional services may include, but are not limited to: landscape design services, tree and plant material recommendation, hardscape design and recommendation, design development, final design documents to be bid under M.G.L. c. 30, 39M, public bid support services, construction administration and construction oversight services, and any other related services or processes contemplated in M.G.L. c. 7C. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
