Site work and outdoor lighting for a road / highway in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.

1. Disconnect and remove existing electrical service, including plywood backboard. 2. Disconnect and remove existing lighting as indicted. 3. Provide new service and service enclosure. 4. Lowest or any Tender will not necessarily be accepted A Bid Bond equal to at least ten percent (10%) of the Tender amount and a Letter of Surety from a bonding company guaranteeing to supply a Performance Bond in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the total contract amount and a Labour and Material Payment Bond in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the total contract amount. Security Deposits, provided by General Contractors, must be in the form of a Certified Cheque or Bank Draft drawn on a Bank to which the Bank Act applies or a Credit Union, payable to "Minister of Finance, Province of Prince Edward Island".
