Demolition and site work for a residential development in Hillsboro, Ohio. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
** As of 11/1/2024 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The bidder is responsible for examining and evaluating the existing conditions of the properties. The bidder is also responsible for providing all tools and equipment required for the performance of the work at the bidder's expense. All work performed for the projects shall comply with the Demolition Procedures and Specifications provided in Exhibit 1. Pursuant to this RFP, the "Work" shall include, and the successful bidder shall provide all site clearing, demolition of structures, removal of demolition debris (including basements unless stated otherwise), site filling/grading, and seeding/strawing for the successful completion of each project. Broadway St, Lynchburg, OH 45142 - Parcel # 11-08-404-008.00 Notice To All Demolition Contractors The Highland County Land Reutilization Corporation (Land Bank) is seeking qualified contractors to bid for the demolition and/or clearing of two (2) properties in Highland County.
