**As of August 14, 2024, project did not received any bids, project will rebid but dont know when.** The work under this project includes dredging the storm water ditch of overgrown trees and vegetation and removing all matter to a site provided by the City of Harlem. Said ditch runs one half mile east to west on the south side of Harlem Contractors and any of the contractor's subcontractors doing work on this project will be required to obtain registration from the Montana Department of Labor and Industry (DLI), DUNS number, and Central Contractor Registration. This project falls under DavisBacon and Related Acts (Title 40, 3142 US Code) as outlined in the Contract Documents. Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Cashier's Check made payable to the City of Harlem, in an amount not less than ten-percent of the total amount of the bid. The successful BIDDER shall furnish an approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each for one-hundred percent of the contract amount. Insurance, as required, shall be provided by the successful BIDDER and certificate(s) of that insurance shall be provided. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled time for the public opening of bids. The City of Harlem reserves the right to reject any or all bids received, to waive informalities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period not to exceed thirty-days (30), and to accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid that is in the best interest of the OWNER.
