The project generally consists of: Renovation and expansion of the Emergency, Imaging, Laboratory, Pharmacy Departments, and main entrance/lobby area. The work includes improvements to these areas that will modernize and provide more useable functional space and increase the efficiency of the building systems. The successful contractor must ensure all aspects of TERO regarding compliance and certified payroll reporting, and that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashiers Check, or Bid Bond payable to the Fort Belknap Indian Community, in an amount not less than 1 percent (1%) of the total amount of the bid. Successful Bidders shall furnish an approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond as described in the Contract Documents. Insurance as required shall be provided by the successful Bidder and a certificate of that insurance shall be provided. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals received, to waive informalities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period of not to exceed sixty (60) days, and to accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid which is in the best interest of the OWNER.
