Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,800-square-foot playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of September 13, 2024 , this project has been awarded to Southtree Commercial Construction, LLC, awarded amount not available.** Licensure: To be considered for selection, persons or firms must be properly licensed in accordance with the requirements of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, as amended, at the time of proposal submission. All communication shall be in writing to the Town's Purchasing Agent listed below. Preferred method of communication is email. Town Purchasing Agent: Phillip Trocquet Design-build (DB) services to design, engineer, and construct a 1,500-1,800 square-foot timber-frame pavilion and adjoining 500' multi-use path at Shamrock Park for the purposes of hosting event performances and every-day park activities.
