Demolition, site work and paving for a civil project in Tyrone, Georgia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a road / highway; for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
New roundabout at Palmetto Rd - Arrowood Rd - Spencer Ln intersection. Demolition, grading, drainage, sewer and utility relocation, base and asphalt, concrete, pavement markings, signage, landscaping, masonry, electrical, and traffic control with all related accessories as shown on the plans and called for in the Contract Documents and Technical Specifications Service Cost Range: $3,500,000 All communication shall be in writing with the Project Manager listed below. Preferred method of communication is email. Contractor/Firm will be required to provide Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price. Contractor is required to submit a bid bond at the amount listed in the contract documents. Licensure: To be considered for selection, persons or firms must be properly licensed in accordance with the requirements of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, as amended, at the time of proposal submission.
