The project is to provide a new Air Traffic Control Tower for Martin State Airport. The tower consists of seven levels with an air traffic control cab contained on the uppermost seventh level. An exterior service catwalk is also provided at the seventh level. Remaining levels contain facility equipment rooms; office and restroom on the third level; tower break room and restroom on the sixth level. Access to each floor is provided by stair or machine-roomless type traction elevator. 2. Exterior finishes consist of cementitious and metal wall panels; glazed aluminum curtain wall system, and membrane roofing. Interior finishes include resilient flooring, carpet tile, polished concrete floors; painted gypsum board and metal stud partitions; porcelain tile floors and walls in restrooms. Ceilings include acoustical panel; painted gypsum board; and painted exposed structure. 3. Support systems include fire protection sprinklers; plumbing; HVAC; electrical power and lighting; communications; fire alarm and security systems.
