Site work for a civil project in Newburgh, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and water / sewer project.

Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The project includes but is not limited to rehabilitation of two culverts using geopolymer applied structural liner mortar, including the Great Ravine Culvert - approximately 128 linear feet of nine (9) feet tall by seven (7) feet wide corrugated metal structural steel plate and the State St. Culvert - approximately 83 linear feet of 64 x 43 corrugate metal pipe arch. Work shall include all material, labor and equipment necessary, access & staging, dewatering, channel or storm sewer pipe bypass pumping, maintenance of traffic, temporary erosion & sediment control, preparation, all cleaning, including heavy cleaning, void filling, eliminating water infiltration, dewatering, geopolymer liner design, work plan and install, curing, testing, all site restoration, cleanup, and all other work required for complete installation. Questions pertaining to this project shall be submitted directly to Duane Bromm, P.E. at Commonwealth Engineers, Inc. via Additional questions concerning access to the website may be directed to Commonwealth Engineers, Inc. at (317) 888-1177. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any bid, or all bids, or to accept any bid or bids, or to make such combination of bids as may seem desirable, and to waive any and all informalities in bidding.
