This Basic Contract Statement of Work (SOW) defines the scope of a full range of design, construction and engineering activities necessary to meet Air Force and other customer requirements for the Regional Engineering and Construction Contract (RE&C). This basic contract SOW will be tailored to identify specific requirements at the Task Order (TO) level. SOWs or Statements of Requirements (SOR) may be used under this contract at the TO level. Projects will be located at various locations within the United States. For the purpose of regional awards, the United States has been divided into three regions. East Region is defined as the following U.S. States and Outlying Areas: Maine New Hampshire Vermont Massachusetts Rhode Island Connecticut New York New Jersey Pennsylvania Delaware Ohio Michigan Indiana Wisconsin Illinois Kentucky West Virginia Maryland Virginia North Carolina Tennessee South Carolina Georgia Alabama Mississippi Florida District of Columbia Puerto Rico* Central Region is defined as the following U.S. States: Minnesota North Dakota South Dakota Montana Wyoming Nebraska Iowa Missouri Kansas Colorado Arkansas Oklahoma New Mexico Texas Louisiana West Region is defined as the following U.S. States: Idaho Washington Oregon Utah Nevada California Arizona Alaska Hawaii *Outlying areas as defined in FAR Part 2.101, other than Puerto Rico, are not included in the regions, and work at these locations is not included in this contract.
