PROJECT DESCRIPTION The purpose for this project is repair the facility PH803 based on the results from the structural inspection. Contractor shall repair the severe flaking and corrosion stated in the inspection. Contractor shall remove and replace (3) bolt connections at the bottom of the wind girt. Repair deformation in the steel tensiononly rods. Repair surface corrosion on the caged ladder located in the high-bay. Repair deformation on the bottom steel braced frame and supporting top-riding double girder crane. Repair corrosion on the steel frame supporting the cylindrical towers. Repair corrosion on the steel brace connection from the cylindrical tower. Remove and replace corrosion on the compressor room door and door frame. Repair minor horizontal cracks in the concrete stem wall supporting the lean-to structure. And repair metal panel corrosion on the perimeter of the building and on the door frame (refer to the structural integrity report located in Part 6 of the attachments).
