Demolition, site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Addison, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a transportation facility; for site work for a transportation facility; for outdoor lighting for a transportation facility; for paving for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.
**As of October 16, 2024 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The project consists of the removal and reconstruction of two Atlantic Aviation apron connectors and the vehicle service road east of Taxiway A between Taxilane S and Taxiway F. The project also includes the removal and reconstruction of the Atlantic Aviation apron connector on Taxilane T. The improvements include, but are not limited to, demolition of concrete and asphalt, subgrade preparation, concrete pavement installation, drainage improvements, taxiway lighting installation, and pavement marking placement. Question Deadline 08/22/2024 at 5:00 PM CT, All questions must be received , All questions received by this deadline will be answered by 5:00pm on Tuesday, August 27, 2024. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the same amount from a reliable surety company licensed by the State of Texas to act as a Surety and be listed on the current U.S. Treasury Listing of Approved Sureties, or a Binder of Insurance executed by a surety company licensed by the State of Texas to act as a surety or its authorized agent as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract and execute a Performance Bond within ten (10) days after notice of award of contract to him.Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the same amount from a reliable surety company licensed A Performance Bond, Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Maintenance Bond will be required by the Owner; each Bond shall be in the amount of 100% of the total contract amount. Bonds shall be issued by a surety company licensed by the State of Texas to act as a Surety and be listed on the current U.S. Treasury Listing of Approved Sureties. The right is reserved by the Mayor and the City Council as the interests of the City may require to reject any or all bids and to waive any formality in bids received and to select the proposal deemed most advantageous to the City.
