Valley Water anticipates awarding agreements to one or more vendors for a two (2) year term with the option of three (3) one-year term extensions if Valley Water so elects. Valley Water reserves the right to reject any Bids or to waive any irregularity or informalities in any Bid or in the bidding procedure, or to not award a contract after bid opening.
