Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Ewing, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

The approximate major work items include: 1. Repairing, re-pointing and cleaning of masonry (CMU) units 2. Replacing of deteriorated masonry (CMU) units 3. Cleaning masonry and other exterior surfaces Question Deadline 08/12/2024 at 12:00 PM ET Last day for bidder's questions All bids must be accompanied by a certified check, bank draft, or bid bond and made payable to the order of Township of Ewing, in the amount of at least ten percent (10%) of the total bid; provided said check or bid bond shall not exceed $20,000.00. We strongly recommend that the contractors attend the pre-bid meeting which will be conducted on Tuesday August 6, 2024 at 11:30am at the job site located 999 Lower Ferry Road, Ewing Township, NJ 08618. Only three (3) representatives will be allowed to represent the bidder at this pre-bid meeting. Last day for bidder's questions shall be by 12:00 pm Monday, August 12, 2024. The Township of Ewing reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any minor irregularities or informalities in the bids. The Contractor is put on notice that he must pay workers the prevailing wage rates promulgated by the New Jersey Department of Labor and Industry for this project, pursuant to Chapter 150, Laws of 1963 (N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.25, et. seq.).
