Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Description The FY 2023 NJDOT Local Aid Chapel Avenue Improvements (Phase II) project involves improvements to Chapel Avenue between King George Road to Hastings Road located in the Township of Cherry Hill, Camden County, New Jersey. Base Bid 1. The roadway resurfacing will include the milling of the existing hot mix asphalt pavement up to 6" or less. Hot mix asphalt pavement repairs prior to overlay will be completed at various locations as directed by the engineer and the installation of three (3) inches of hot mix asphalt surface course 9.5M64. 2. The installation of detectable warning surfaces, concrete sidewalk, concrete vertical curb, concrete driveways and stormwater improvements as detailed on the plans. 3. Drainage improvements which include the removal of existing inlet grates and curb pieces and the replacement with bicycle safe grates, and Eco type "N" (or approved equal) curb pieces at various locations, as directed by the engineer. The Township Council reserves the right to reject all proposals.
