Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Stonewall, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Baseball Practice Facility/Softball Practice Facility/Central Office Stonewall Public Schools The bidder must agree in writing that any bids submitted by him will be irrevocable until the Contract has been awarded or all bids have been rejected. A period for this determination will not exceed thirty (30) days after date of bid opening. Bid security in the form of a certifed check or bank draft payable to Stonewall Public Schools, U.S. Government bonds or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and acceptable sureties in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid exceeding $50,000. Security checks will be returned to all but the three lowest bidders immediately after the bid opening. The three lowest bid securities are retained until the contract is awarded. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities or irregularities. As pf Jannuary 31, 2025, a costruction manager has been selected for this project and construction is underway. Doc Notes: Any unsuccessful bidder, upon returning such project set within 10 days of bid date and in good condition will be refunded his/her deposit. Any non-bidder will forfeit his/her entire plan deposit. Additional prints of plans and/or specifcations may be obtained for $3.00 per sheet for plans and $.25 per sheet for specifcations; not refundable. An electronic PDF version of bidding documents may be obtained from the Architect.
