Demolition and renovation of an educational facility in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 25,000-square-foot educational facility.
As of August 16, 2024, per addendum 1, the bid date has been extended from August 22, 2024 to August 29, 2024 at 3:00 PM. Wynnn Construction Co. has been selected as the Construction Manager for this project. INCLUDES: Various Bid Packages as Follows: Corridor, Restroom and Classroom Renovations, Exterior Improvements: 2A Selective Demolition / 3A Cast-in-Place Concrete / 5A Structural Steel - Supply / 5B Structural Steel - Installation / 6A Millwork & Finish Carpentry / 6B General Trades / 8A Doors, Frames & Hardware (Material Only) / 8B Aluminum Storefronts & Glazing / 9A Metal Framing, Drywall and Ceilings / 9B Tiling / 9C Resilient & Carpet Flooring / 9D Paintings & Coatings / 10A Panel Signage (Material Only) / 10B Plastic Toilet Compartments, Toilet Accessories (Material Only) / 21A Fire Suppression (TBD) / 22A Plumbing / 23A HVAC / 26A Electrical. Although a firm timeline has not been confirmed, construction is not expected to start prior to fourth quarter 2024, approximately 60 days after award.
