Renovation of a municipal facility in Davey, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project consists of running a new commercial underground service drop to the building, panel installation, conduit and interior wiring, garage door openers wiring, radiant heaters wiring, install outlets and exterior security lights. Bidders must be a licensed electrician with the State of Nebraska, obtain all necessary permits and meet the Lower Platte South NRD insurance requirements. Project must start within 15 days after being awarded the contract and must be completed within 45 days after being awarded the contract. The project site is located at 9600 N. 27th Street, Davey, NE. 68336 (generally located 3/4 mile north of the intersection of N. 27th and Arbor Rd.). he Lower Platte South NRD has the right to accept or deny any/or all bids.
