The Bidder shall furnish bonds covering the faithful performance of the Contract and the payment of all obligations arising thereunder. The cost of such bonds shall be included in the Bid. The Bidder shall provide such surety bonds from a company lawfully authorized to issue surety bonds in Connecticut. The Penal Sum of the Payment and Performance Bonds shall be the amount of the Contract Sum. The bidder shall submit a construction schedule. The Building Committee will work with the selected Firm to develop a project schedule consistent with the school schedule. The intent is to have all work finished by July 2025.
