Deliverables include: 1) Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) that describes alternatives, recommends a strategy, and estimates costs to construct, operate, and maintain the recommended strategy; and 2) An Environmental Report (ER) of the selected alternative in accordance with NEPA and SEQR The Village is hereby requesting Licensed Professional Engineers to submit proposals to prepare a Preliminary Engineering Report and Environmental Review for the wastewater treatment plant and collection system project of suitable detail and completeness to approach regulating and funding agencies.
