High School Storm Line Replacement The Upper Darby School District will be receiving sealed bids for the replacement of the existing storm at it's High School. All questions must be submitted in writing via email to the attention of the Engineer, Nick Cirilli.(ncirilli@comcast.net) The District will not address any oral questions during the pre-bid conference. Any oral direction provided is non-binding. Bids will be received for the following contracts: General Construction (10% Bid Security required) Project start date will be no earlier than 10/01/2024. Full and final completion shall be no later than 11/15/2024 The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or parts thereof, or items therein, and to waive any defects or irregularities and bid securities, as may be deemed to be in its best interests.
