Renovation of a water / sewer project in Covington, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Rehabilitation of Pre-Sedimentation Basin No. One - Water Treatment Plant Demolition of spalling concrete, epoxy coating of the concrete, removal of reinforcing corrosion, and placing of repair material for Pre-Sedimentation Basin No. One at the water treatment plant. Bidders are urged to register online as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or online. An official list of bidders will be maintained at online to ensure that eligibility requirements of the bidder are met prior to bid opening. Any bid submitted from a bidder not on the official bidders list will not be opened. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through online. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from online. There is no pre-bid conference scheduled for this project. Submit all questions via email to Patti White, Project Coordinator (pattiw@a2h.com). 7.03 Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
