Site work for a water / sewer project in Covington, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work includes new water mains and service connections for 30 dwelling units. Bid Bonds and Performance and Payment Bonds must be secured by a guaranty or Surety Company listed in the latest issue of U.S. Treasury Circular 570 and shall be within the maximum amount specified for such company in said Circular 570. The "Bid Bond" and the "Performance and Payment Bond" must be issued by a surety company authorized to do business in the state where the project is located, and must be listed in U.S. Treasury Circular No. 570. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Attention is called to the fact that The Covington Housing Authority is not an Indian Housing Authority.
