The intent for this Request for Information (RFI) is to identify solutions and expressions of interest from qualified Respondents interested in a public-private partnership opportunity to provide future development that may include Design (D), Build (B), Finance (F), Operations (O), and Maintenance (M) of a proposed sports complex. This RFI will define the general requirements and basic services being sought by the city of Goodyear. Information gathered may be used for a future solicitation. The city is currently looking at this point for information, thoughts, concerns regarding that property. Should the city decide to move forward with this project, it will formally solicit services. At this time there has been no timeline provided for any bid related to this project.
