Tower Services. The contractor's shall be able to provide all the services in one of the following categories: construction services, engineering services or maintenance services while being able to agree to general requirements. Delivery times shall be determined based upon department needs and specified. Delivery may occur at various locations within the County, please see Exhibit 6 - Maricopa County Tower Sites. The County reserves the right to add or remove towers during the term of resulting contract. Cost for new towers will be negotiated between the contractor, OET, and if necessary, the input of Office of Procurement Services (OPS). The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a multiple award contract for Maricopa County (County) and for the Office of Enterprise Technology (OET). The County is seeking proposals for providers of comprehensive and high-quality tower services encompassing construction, engineering, and maintenance, ensuring robust, efficient, and safe communications infrastructure for the County on a demand basis.
