New Greenfield fitness equipment and concrete flatwork to be installed along Phillips Ranch Park Parcourse including other incidental and appurtenant work necessary for the proper completion of the project as indicated in the appendix and other related work as described in the plans and specifications. o Contractor must have a valid Class "B" or "D-34" Contractor's License with the State of California. o Be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations at the time of submitting bid. o The ability to obtain a business license with the City of Pomona prior to work beginning. o Job must be bid at prevailing wage.
